All of us have goals — we may not write them down, but they’re there. Lurking in the back of your mind.
You might “hear” the voice of a parent telling you there’s something you need to be doing — these are the “shoulds” that plague all of us.
Most of the time, “shoulds” aren’t actual goals. Just things we use to beat ourselves up with.
What is it you really want to do? What will you regret if you don’t get it done?

Make your list and then put it in order of priority (#1 = most important). Make these goals as specific as possible. If they have a deadline (or need one), attach that as well.
